Distinción entre actitud emprendedora y autoeficacia: validez y confiabilidad en estudiantes universitarios

    Este artículo presenta resultados de una investigación cuyo como objetivo principal fue diferenciar teórica y empíricamente dos constructos relacionados con el perfil de un emprendedor. La metodología aplicada fue un estudio de validez constructo a través de análisis factoriales en donde participaron 259 estudiantes de la Universidad central de Venezuela y la Universidad Simón Bolívar. Se aplicó la Escala de Autoeficacia Emprendedora (EAE) de Salvador (2008) y para medir la actitud emprendedora la escala ¿Soy del tipo emprendedor? (STE) adaptada por Roth y Lacoa (2009). Los análisis teóricos a los reactivos de ambas escalas permitieron distinguir los constructos, definiendo a la autoeficacia emprendedora como el juicio que hacen las personas sobre su capacidad de emprender y la actitud emprendedora como la forma de enfrentar las oportunidades que se presentan. Algunas implicaciones de estos resultados para la práctica pedagógica de la actualidad, es que permiten identificar un perfil en posibles emprendedores.

    This article presents results of an investigation where the main aim was to differentiate, theoretically and empirically, the two constructs related to the profile of an entrepreneur. The methodology used was a study of construct validity through factor analysis where 259 students attended the Central University of Venezuela and the Simon Bolivar University. The Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy Scale (EAE) Salvador (2008) was applied and the entrepreneurial Am I the entrepreneur type? (STE) and Lacoa adapted by Roth (2009) were used so as to measure the scale. The theoretical analysis of both scales reagents allowed us to distinguish the constructs, defining entrepreneurial selfefficacy as the judgment that people make about their ability to undertake and entrepreneurship as the way to address the opportunities presented. Some implications of these findings for educational practice today is to get a profile to identify potential entrepreneurs
