    El presente artículo aborda de manera resumida la evolución histórica del proceso de atención a los menores con trastornos de conducta después del Triunfo de la Revolución, se han determinado las etapas y tendencias, así como los indicadores que permitieron realizar el análisis de los antecedentes a partir de la creación del Consejo de Atención a Menores de Educación, como hito histórico. Se emplea el método histórico-lógico para el análisis de la información recopilada de diferentes fuentes como: la revisión de documentos lo que permitió revelar la evolución histórica de dicho proceso.

    The present article approaches in a summarized way the historical evolution from the process of attention to the minor with behavior dysfunctions after the Victory of the Revolution, the stages and tendencies have been determined, as well as the indicators that allowed to carry out the analysis of the antecedents starting from the creation of the Council of Attention to smaller than Education, as historical landmark. The historical-logical method is used for the analysis of the gathered information of different sources like the revision of documents what allowed to reveal the historical evolution of this process.
