En la empresa manufacturera del estado Carabobo, se realizó un estudio que tuvo como objetivo analizar el clima organizacional presente en el segundo semestre del año 2015, La investigación fue de campo, de carácter descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental y transversal, bajo el enfoque cuantitativo. Tomando como población a la empresa y se empleó un muestreo no probabilístico, alcanzando una muestra de 31 trabajadores. Se procedió a analizar el clima organizacional a través de los nueve factores del clima de los autores Letwin y Stringer (1968): Estructura, conflicto, responsabilidad, desafío, recompensa, relaciones, cooperación, estándares e identidad. Luego se aplicaron dos cuestionarios, uno para el nivel supervisorio y otro para el nivel operativo, posteriormente se procesó y se analizó la información, arrojando dentro uno de los hallazgos que cada uno de los factores influyentes en el clima organizacional en el objeto de estudio manifiesta grandes debilidades que ameritan un conjunto de acciones orientadas al fortalecimiento organizacional.
