    Hoy es innegable el papel que posee la cultura dentro de cualquier tipo de organización, es muy útil para garantizar un desempeño pertinente de todas las funciones, porque es la madre nutricia de los valores individuales y colectivos, condiciona comportamientos, actitudes porque es el sustento de las normas internas de las organizaciones y de sus relaciones con los entornos donde están situadas. Además se reflejan en las formas en que en cada organización se realizan las cosas y están reflejadas en todos los procesos. La cultura organizacional articula a la organización hacia adentro y hacia afuera, revelándola como un escenario único. En las organizaciones familiares productivas ocurre lo mismo, porque ellas son un tipo específico de organización. La base de la cultura organizacional es la cultura genera como expresión de las condiciones de cada lugar, asumiendo la cultura en su sentido más holístico.

    Today is undeniable the rol that possesses the culture inside any organization type, is very useful to guarantee a pertinent acting of all the functions, because he/she is the mother nutricia of the individual and collective values, it conditions behaviors, attitudes because it is the sustenance of the internal norms of the organizations and of its relationships with the environments where they are located. They are also reflected in the forms in that you/they are carried out the things in each organization and they are reflected in all the processes. The organizational culture articulates to the organization toward inside and toward out, revealing it as an only scenery. In the family productive organizations, it happens the same thing, because they are a specific type of organization. The base of the organizational culture is the culture it generates as expression of the conditions of each place, assuming the culture in its more holistic sense.
