  En este trabajo se aborda la biografía contextualizada de cuatro mujeres representantes de la ciencia en la antigüedad clásica que, por sus diferentes intereses y fechas de nacimiento, cubren un amplio espectro social, histórico y científico. Además, se ofrecen argumentos de índole social y didáctica, acerca de los motivos que justifican la necesidad de realizar estudios sobre estas y otras mujeres que han dedicado sus vidas a la ciencia

  This paper approaches the contextualized biography of four women representatives of science in classical antiquity. Due to their different interests and dates of birth, they cover a wide social, historical and scientific spectrum. In addition, social and didactic arguments are offered about the reasons that justify the need to carry out studies on these and other women who have dedicated their lives to science
