This study analyzes howhuman aggregatemoderates the effect ofinspiration through actionon student imagination. A survey wasadministered at five universities across various regions of Taiwan. The participants in this study consisted of 543 engineeringmajors. Structural equation modeling was used to test all the proposed hypotheses. The results showed thatinspiration throughactionhad the strongest effect on student imagination, followed byhuman aggregateandsocial climate. Our data also indicatedthat student imagination levels were highest when students were also high in inspiration through action and human aggregate.
