    La animación sociocultural es un vehículo que propicia y estimula la participación en la vida cultural de cada comunidad, a partir de la correlación existente entre las tradiciones, el patrimonio y la identidad cultural, que alcanza su máxima expresión en los proyectos socioculturales, a través de los cuales se impulsa el desarrollo cultural comunitario. Este trabajo expone parte de los resultados de la investigación realizada en el proyecto ―Poblado de Ingenios‖ donde se propone contribuir al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los habitantes del Consejo Popular 12, San Manuel, mediante el desarrollo comunitario, desde la perspectiva sociocultural y potenciando espacios de participación con propuestas culturales a partir de su propio potencial y fortalecido con el apoyo de especialistas, en defensa de la cultura y la identidad. Además, capacitar a mujeres y hombres como agentes facilitadores de las transformaciones sociales, en busca que ellos sean los protagonistas del desarrollo comunitario. Se muestran las acciones propuestas y resultados que se esperan obtener a partir de la metodología para el trabajo sociocultural de la autoría de Rafaela Macías Reyes en la cual se establecen los pasos para el estudio de la realidad.

    The sociocultural animation is a vehicle that propitiate and stimulates the participation in the cultural life of every community, as from the existent correlation between traditions, the patrimony and the cultural identity, that reaches his maximum expression on the sociocultural projects, through of whom is encouraged the community cultural development itself. This work exposes part of the results of the investigation accomplished in the project ―Poblado de Ingenios‖ where its intended to contribute to the improvement of the life quality of the inhabitants of the Popular Counsel Of Advice 12, San Manuel, by means of the communal development, from the sociocultural perspective and increasing spaces of participation with cultural proposals as from its own potential and strengthened with the support of specialists, in defense of culture and identity. Besides, capacitating women and men like facilitating agents of the social transformations, in search of that they will be the main characters of the community development. Here are the actions proposed and the results to be awhile obtained from the methodology for sociocultural work of the author Rafaela Macias Reyes's in which are established the steps for the study of reality.
