    • Media faces in depth challenges that ranges from business models, inner structure and demanding competences, among others. In this sense, transmedia production and values are on the rise:

      authenticity, credibility and transparency; creativity, innovation and originality; quality and trust; the relevance of belonging to a community/society and to feel part of a solution; establishing collaborations among professionals, projects and users; from hyper and local issues, scopes and perspectives to global ones; experience; 360.º, augmented-virtual-mixed reality, IoT, AI and Big Data; interface design and IA; media integration as a puzzle and media literacy. Thus, despite lacking a wide variety of fully developed transmedia projects, its dynamism and production process have been incorporated and followed at different levels and scales. Based on the literature review, case studies and interviews, a guide to the main skills, competences, and challenges as well as resources and strategies involved in cross, multi, and/or transmedia projects is offered.
