En el número 8/11 de nuestra Revista Boletín Redipe se desarrolla cuatro temas relevantes en el concierto educativo y pedagógico: Formación de docentes, competencias docentes, currículo y aprendizaje.
El primer artículo pone en cuestión el tema del profesorado desde una mirada radical e inclusiva, especialmente el problema de los absolutos en materia de formación, primado de la didáctica; ahí la reflexión dialógica, los modelos incluidos los sistemas educativos y currículos oficiales que pretenden educar plenamente, amén de los perfiles de profesional que estos imponen. Reivindica – por sobre la reflexión--, la meditación, primera metodología didáctica o formativa de la historia (Herrán, 2017a).
Igualmente contiene el artículo sobre competencias laborales de docentes, en torno a la gestión de capital humano para detectar estas.
El tema curricular se advierte en varios artículos, especialmente n el que hace referencia a diseños en el marco de multiculturalidad y pobreza. Los demás abordan también, de una y otra manera, el tema de los aprendizajes. Veamos.

In issue 8/11 of our Redipe Newsletter Magazine, four relevant topics are developed in the educational and pedagogical concert: Teacher training, teacher skills, curriculum and learning.The first article calls into question the issue of teachers from a radical and inclusive perspective, especially the problem of the absolute in the field of training, primacy of teaching; there the dialogic reflection, the models including the educational systems and official curricula that intend to educate fully, in addition to the professional profiles that they impose. It claims - over reflection - meditation, the first didactic or formative methodology in history (Herrán, 2017a).It also contains the article on teacher labor competencies, regarding the management of human capital to detect these.The curricular theme can be seen in several articles, especially those referring to designs in the framework of multiculturalism and poverty. The others also address, in one way or another, the subject of learning. Let's see.
