  • Resumen
    • This case study describes the development of a Learning and Teaching Conference at the University of Brighton. It discusses the value of such an event as a staff development initiative and in terms of its contribution to the dissemination of good practice and raising the profile of learning and teaching. The paper draws on the feedback received from participants and reflects on the experience of running the conference in an attempt to provide the reader with some useful insights. It is hoped that the reader will be presented with sufficient information and evaluation to assess what the potential would be for running such an event at their own institution.
