  • The concept of EPSS and Performance Support Systems is promising to revolutionize the way companies look at employee performance and training in the 1990s. In today's competitive environment, businesses have identified the need to enhance individual performance in order to achieve improved corporate performance. Bearing this in mind, this paper describes some of the various strategies that have been used to build a business case for performance support.
