Herramientas pedagógicas innovadoras en el Recinto “Urania Montás”, San Juan de la Maguana, República Dominicana.

    El presente estudio responde de forma directa a la búsqueda docente de herramientas pedagógicas innovadoras, de enseñanza y aprendizaje, vinculadas al desarrollo consciente del ser humano. Este direccionamiento admitió la implementación de la Terapia Comunitaria Integrativa Sistémica (TCI) y sus Ruedas Vinculantes en el Recinto “Urania Montás”. La intención principal fue elevar la calidad de la formación docente, a través de la construcción y fortalecimiento del sí mismo, y de vínculos solidarios y saludables en estudiantes y docentes.

    El uso de esta herramienta y la riqueza de su metodología, permitió el registro de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos, sostenidos, que permitieron identificar situaciones y emociones limitantes para el desarrollo humano y profesional de los participantes; a su vez se registraron experiencias y estrategias resilientes que refuerzan ambos componentes del objetivo del proyecto.

    Se realizaron 45 Ruedas Vinculantes con la asistencia de 188 personas. Los resultados de su aplicación indican que el 75% (141 casos) señalaron malestares relacionados a situaciones de estrés, conflictos en general y familiares, discriminación y violencia. Las emociones registradas fluctúan entre las familias del miedo (39%), rabia (36%), tristeza (22%), culpa y desconfianza (3%).

    En consonancia con su metodología, las Ruedas Vinculantes afloran la posibilidad de compartir estrategias y experiencias resilientes; es así que, de las 110 estrategias compartidas, 61% apuntan a la construcción y fortalecimiento del sí mismo; 21%, a la construcción de vínculos solidarios y saludables, 5% a ambos, y 13% a otros.

    La consonancia de la aplicación de la herramienta con los objetivos del proyecto y resultados del mismo, vislumbran la Terapia Comunitaria como un aporte innovador para la formación docente.

    This study responds directly to the pedagogical need to find innovative tools for teaching and learning, directed to the conscious development of the human being. This objective has led to the activation of a Systemic Integrative Community Therapy (TCI) and its circles, named ruedas vinculantes, in the "Urania Montás" Campus. The main aim has been to raising the quality of teacher training, through the strengthening of the very self, and the construction of solidarity and healthy connections within and between students and teachers.

    The use of these tools and the rich methodology behind them has supported the collection of qualitative and quantitative data, which allowed identifying situations and emotions that were constraining the human and professional development of participants; in turn, experiences and resilient strategies were recorded; all this contributing to both components of the project objective.

    45 ruedas vinculantes were held with the attendance of 188 people. The results indicate that 75% (141 cases) indicated discomforts related to stressful situations, general and family conflicts, discrimination and violence. Registered emotions fluctuate between fear (39%), anger (36%), sadness (22%), guilt and mistrust (3%).

    Through their methodology, the ruedas vinculantes allow sharing resilient strategies and experiences. Of the 110-shared strategies, 61% aim at building and strengthening the self, 21%, to the building of solidary and healthy bonds, 5% to both, and 13% to others.

    The consistency of these tools with the project objectives envision Community Therapy as an innovative contribution to teacher training.
