El concepto de turismo responsable y sus campos semánticos en un conexto de turismo rural

    El turismo rural y dentro de él, el turismo responsable, engloba una serie de medidas e interacciones turísticas que involucran y benefician a las comunidades locales, minimizando los impactos sociales y ambientales negativos. Su aplicación en la práctica sigue siendo difícil debido a la insuficiente concienciación y la falta de concordancia en las acciones a tomar por parte de los agentes involucrados para su éxito (Administración, población local, complejos hoteleros y, por último, el turista).Este estudio investiga las motivaciones para la realización de un turismo responsable, encontrando que éstas se cruzan y también se desvían, sustancialmente, de las concepciones establecidas del propio concepto.Mediante un grupo de discusión realizado, se demuestra que las motivaciones de los turistas para realizar turismo responsable son mayores cuanto mayor es el grado en que se consiguen sus objetivos personales.

    Rural tourism within it, responsible tourism, includes a series of measures and tourist interacions that involve and benefit local communities, minimizing negative social and environmental impacts. Its practical application continues to be difficult due to insufficient awareness and lack of consistency in the actions to be taken by the agents involved for its success (Administration, local population, hotel complexes and finally, the tourist). This study investigates the motivations for responsible tourism, finding that these deviate substantially from the established conceptions of the concept itself.Through a discussion group it is shown that the greater the degree to which their personal objectives are achieved the greater the motivations of tourists to carry out responsible tourism.
