Resumen de Tecnología en tiempos de pandemia: Una panorámica de salud mental en docentes

  El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la presencia del síndrome de burnout desde la obligatoriedad pedagógica tecnológica en tiempos de pandemia COVID 19, como una panorámica de salud mental docentes de la Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional Corazón de María de la ciudad de Biblián-Ecuador. De tipo descriptiva no experimental. En cuanto al nivel de despersonalización se analizó que existe un 26% de nivel alto, el nivel de realización personal se obtuvo un porcentaje de 52% de nivel alto. Los docentes en su mayoría al encontrarse en un nivel alto y medio, se caracterizan por padecer Síndrome de Burnout, lo cual afecta su salud mental, de no acatarse medidas para tal fin, podrían sufrir repercusiones fisiológicas que intensificarían el desgaste o despersonalización, afectándose el rendimiento profesional, social y familiar.

  The objective of the research is to analyze the presence of the burnout syndrome from the technological pedagogical obligation in times of the COVID 19 pandemic, as an overview of mental health teachers of the Corazón de María Fiscomisional Educational Unit of the city of Biblián-Ecuador. Non-experimental descriptive type. Regarding the level of depersonalization, it was analyzed that there is 26% of high level, the level of personal fulfillment was obtained a percentage of 52% of high level. The majority of teachers, being at a high and medium level, are characterized by suffering from Burnout Syndrome, which affects their mental health, if measures for this purpose are not followed, they could suffer physiological repercussions that would intensify wear or depersonalization, affecting the professional, social and family performance.
