  • Resumen
    • In the article, the authors conduct a comparative analysis of the legal aspects of property contracts between spouses, namely, a marriage contract and an agreement on the division of spouses' property.Contracts between spouses are becoming more common in the system of regulators of family relations. The need to conclude such contracts arises at all stages of the development of marital relations - the creation, existence and termination of the marriage union. The relevance of the analysis of contractual relations between spouses is caused by the expansion of the contractual initiative between spouses or persons to regulate their property rights in the registration of marriage because the exercise by spouses of the right of common joint property often gives rise to problematic issues in practitioners, often leads to the deployment of lawsuits. The authors analyzed the differences and similarities in features, theoretical and practical basis of the most popular family property contracts.
