Resumen de Task analysis—a case study
AThe advent of programmed learning has meant an increased awareness of the need to relate training to job requirements, so much so that it is a prerequisite for all program writing that a task analysis should be carried out. This phase of the exercise is alone sufficient to result in considerable improvements in training and this paper reports an example of a task analysis which resulted in a drastic change in training requirement.
