    El artículo que se presenta a continuación expone dos temas claves como el título indica, con la característica de que, según investigaciones previas realizadas por los autores, se enlazan con un tema que en estos momentos cobra un negativo auge a nivel mundial como es la pandemia actual, provocada por el COVID 19. Por tanto, el objetivo fundamental está dirigido a brindar orientaciones específicas a los estudiantes de Educación Básica, para que se integren a un plan dirigido a tomar medidas que, aunque aparentemente no tengan correspondencia directa, con el asunto, en el cuerpo de este se hace evidente esta articulación, por cierto, muy poco tratada actualmente, y aunque en el currículo nacional peruano se menciona el trabajo comunitario, no hay una suficiente concreción en la ejecución del mismo. También, en el artículo se explica de modo suficientemente justificado el peligro a que se someten las ciudades desérticas y su relación con la emergencia sanitaria, donde con pocos recursos, pero con suficiente voluntad, pueden eliminarse consecuencias que desde hace mucho tiempo están en franca contradicción con la preservación del medio ambiente. En conclusión, que permitan a los habitantes del planeta, mejorar su calidad de vida y desarrollarse en mejores condiciones tanto ambientales como sociales.

    The following article presents two key issues, as the title indicates, with the characteristic that, according to previous research carried out by the authors, they are linked to a topic that is currently experiencing a negative rise worldwide, such as the pandemic. current, caused by COVID 19.

    Therefore, the fundamental objective is aimed at providing specific guidance to Basic Education students, so that they join a plan aimed at taking measures that, although apparently not directly related, to the matter in the body of this, this articulation is evident, by the way, very little currently dealt with, and although community work is mentioned in the Peruvian national curriculum, there is not enough specificity in its execution. Also, the article explains in a sufficiently justified way the danger to which desert cities are subjected and its relationship with the health emergency, where with few resources, but with sufficient will, consequences that have long been in direct contradiction can be eliminated with the preservation of the environment. In conclusion, that allow the inhabitants of the planet, improve their quality of life and develop in better environmental and social conditions
