Resumen de Rol investigador del docente desde su práctica pedagógica a nivel de educación media

El objetivo general de este estudio fue analizar el rol investigador del docente desde su práctica pedagógica a nivel de Educación Media en la Unidad Educativa Nacional San Francisco Javier en Barquisimeto municipio Iribarren Estado Lara.
La metodología se ubicó en el enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, de campo no experimental transeccional. La población del estudio estuvo conformada por 55 docentes de la institución antes mencionada, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario estructurado de 32 ítems con alternativas de respuestas de cinco opciones:
siempre, casi siempre, algunas veces, casi nunca y nunca, validado mediante la técnica juicio de expertos y calculada su confiablidad con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach obteniéndose un valor de 0,97 (Muy Alta confiabilidad). Se determinó que los docentes en su rol de investigador nunca emplean la investigación científica en su entorno laboral. Se recomienda al docente tradicional asumir su rol investigador que le permitirá ser un profesional en condiciones de analizar la realidad socioeducativa en su accionar pedagógico.

The general objective of this study was to analyze the research role of the teacher from his pedagogical practice at the level of Middle Education in the San Francisco Javier National Educational Unit in Barquisimeto, Iribarren municipality, Lara State. The methodology was located in the quantitative approach, descriptive level, of non-experimental transectional field. The study population consisted of 55 teachers from the aforementioned institution, to whom a structured questionnaire of 32 items with alternative responses of five options was applied: always, almost always, sometimes, almost never and never, validated by means of the Expert judgment technique and its reliability was calculated with the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, obtaining a value of 0.97 (Very High Reliability). It was determined that teachers in their research role never use scientific research in their work environment. The traditional teacher is recommended to assume his investigative role that will allow him to be a professional able to analyze the socio-educational reality in his pedagogical actions.
