With this paper, we intend to offer a personal vision of the evolution that business studies have followed since the Spanish Transition of '78, in the commemoration of the bicentennial of the Center known as Elcano (Bilbao). Taking advantage of the two culminating moments of the university reforms during this time: the (i) the configuration of the new University of the Basque Country / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (80's) and (ii) the reform that entailed the adaptation to the European university system through the Bologna Process (2010/11), we will develop the analysis from the teaching experience lived at the University School of Elcano and the poing of view of the debate starred by the two activities that make it up: teaching vs. research.
Lan horrekin negozio ikasketen bilakaera ikuspegi pertsonala eskaintzeko asmoa dugu '78 Espamiako Trantsrzioa geroztik, Elkano izeneko zentroaren bokalen urteurrena ospatzeko. Une honetan unibertsitateko erreformen bi une nagusiak aprobetxatuz: (i) Euskal Herriko Unibertsitate berria (80. hamarkadako) eta (ii) Europako Boloniaren Plana Europako Unibertsitate Sistemara moldatzeko asmoa zuen erreforma (2010/22), Bilboko Unibertsitate Eskolan bizi den irakaskuntzaren esperientzia eta eztabaidaren optika aztertuko ditugu, hau da, irakaskuntzaren eta ikerketaren arabera.
