    En la actualidad, la diversidad como una realidad sociocultural que no escapa a ninguna institución educativa es una de las discusiones preponderantes en el ámbito académico de la región. El debate gira en torno a la formación docente en universidades e institutos de educación superior en cuanto a la necesidad de comenzar a replantear y deconstruir los preconceptos y discursos sujetos a la cultura hegemónica que se reproducen año tras año, de preparar profesionales competentes capaces de respetar las diferencias, de transmitir que esa cultura no es la única ni es superior a otras, y que sepan actuar adecuadamente atendiendo a esta diversidad cultural . En esta entrevista, la prof. Lelia Albarracín de la Universidad Nacional de Santiago del Estero y presidente de ADILQ (Asociación de Investigadores en Lengua Quechua) nos brinda su perspectiva al respecto en el contexto del NOA.

    Currently, diversity as a sociocultural reality that does not escape any educational institution is one of the prevailing discussions in the region’s academia. The debate revolves around teacher training in universities and higher education institutions, in terms of the need to begin rethinking and deconstructing the preconceptions and discourses subject to the hegemonic culture reproduced year after year, to prepare competent professionals capable of respecting differences, of conveying that this culture is not the only one nor is it superior to others, and who know how to act adequately in response to cultural diversity. In this interview, Professor Lelia Albarracín from the National University of Santiago del Estero and president of ADILQ (Association of Quechua Language Researchers) gives us her perspective on the subject in the context of Northwestern Argentina (NWA).
