    La investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre acompañamiento pedagógico virtual y desempeño laboral en docentes de la UGEL Yungay, 2021. Desde un aspecto metodológico se fundamentó en el enfoque cuantitativo con un tipo descriptiva correlacional con diseño de campo no experimental. El valor correlacional al tener significancia en 0,321 se articula que existe una correlación positiva baja, siendo que se comprueba H1 y se rechaza H0. Por lo tanto, no puede menospreciarse la formación y perfeccionamiento en competencias digitales, por cuanto se trata de la educación del presente y futuro, siendo considerable que entre mayor inversión exista para el fortalecimiento del docente, recursos tecnológicos, se podrá gestionar la posibilidad de contar con una educación de mayor calidad y accesible, donde todos se integren en razón de promover una inclusión.

    The research aims to determine the relationship between virtual pedagogical accompaniment and job performance in teachers at UGEL Yungay, 2021. From a methodological aspect, it was based on the quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive type with non-experimental field design. The correlational value having significance at 0.321 articulates that there is a low positive correlation, being that H1 is checked and H0 is rejected. Therefore, training and improvement in digital skills cannot be underestimated, since it is about the education of the present and future, it being considerable that the greater investment there is for the strengthening of the teacher, technological resources, the possibility of having with a higher quality and accessible education, where everyone is integrated in order to promote inclusion.
