Las inundaciones en Córdoba: Un análisis conceptual desde la práctica del lenguaje de Wittgenstein

    El presente trabajo reflexiona sobre las inundaciones en la cuenca del río Sinú en el departamento de Córdoba, Colombia. Se utiliza el análisis del lenguaje del austríaco filósofo Ludwig J. Wittgenstein en sus dos momentos de estudio; la metáfora de la figura (picture) y de los juegos lingüísticos (language-games). El método utilizado es histórico –social, que articula los discursos del fenómeno en el tiempo con los instantes del análisis del lenguaje. Se concluye que las inundaciones no sólo se explican con el hecho de las precipitaciones (lenguaje de isomorfismo), dado que las palabras no están limitadas por reglas o estructuras iguales, como sí lo son las matemáticas. De todos los hechos analizados, la intervención del ser humano en las planicies inundables naturalmente para apropiarse de tierras es el más representativo que explica las inundaciones.

    The present work reflects on the floods in the Sinú river basin in the department of Córdoba, Colombia. The analysis of the language of the Austrian philosopher Ludwig J. Wittgenstein is used in his two moments of study; the metaphor of painting (picture) and of linguistic games (language-games). The method used is historical -social, which articulates the speeches of the phenomenon in time with the moments of language analysis. It is concluded that floods are not only explained by the fact of precipitation (isomorphism language), since words are not limited by the same rules or structures, as mathematics is. Of all the analyzed facts, the intervention of the human being in the flooded plains naturally to appropriate land is the most representative that explains the floods
