    • Digital transformation is becoming an inevitable need and trend of businesses in the current globalization context. In the process of digital transformation of enterprises, human resources play an important role. Human resources or human capital represents the potential, ability, capacity and performance of an enterprise. The article uses the following research methods: qualitative, quantitative, comparative, survey survey and experimental data analysis. The results of the survey helped the author to identify the human resource needs for digital transformation at enterprises and propose solutions in human resource training for universities in the context of the global crisis. industrial revolution 4.0. The main results of the study provide solutions for adjusting training methods and models at universities in Vietnam. The next research areas the author will aim to identify output standards to support the development of training programs at universities to meet the needs of human resources for businesses in the context of digital transformation and the development of the current industrial revolution 4.0.
