    La comunicación responde a la línea de investigación Competencias interpersonales, del Proyecto de investigación Competencias de dirección en Educación, adscrito a la Universidad de Las Tunas, Cuba. Se aborda el vínculo entre comunicación y orientación en la formación de los profesionales de la educación, a partir de que el diagnóstico reveló las potencialidades e insuficiencias de estos para desarrollar la orientación y una adecuada comunicación, expresadas al elaborar y dirigir estrategias de orientación educativa, en correspondencia con las necesidades y posibilidades del contexto de actuación. Una de las soluciones planteadas fue la elaboración de talleres, que tienen como característica fundamental la sistematización de los contenidos, además de las vías y formas inherentes a la orientación y la comunicación.

    SYSTEM OF WORKSHOPS OF PSYCHOPEDAGOGICAL REFLECTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LINK COMMUNICATION-ORIENTATION IN THE EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF LAS TUNAS, CUBA ABSTRACT The communication responds to the line of investigation interpersonal Competitions, of the Project of investigation address Competitions in Education, attributed to the University of The Tunas, Cuba. The bond is approached between communication and orientation in the formation of the professionals of the education starting from that the diagnosis revealed the potentialities and inadequacies of these to develop the orientation and an appropriate communication, expressed when elaborating and to direct strategies of educational orientation, in correspondence with the necessities and possibilities of the performance context. One of the outlined solutions was the elaboration of shops that have as fundamental characteristic the systematizing of the contents, besides the roads and inherent forms to the orientation and the communication.
