    Esta investigación me permitió conocer principalmente el impacto emotivo tanto positivo o negativo de los cuidadores e inclusos otros parientes de este tipo de personas. La experiencia al realizar este trabajo investigativo ayudara a identificar aquellas actitudes y emociones encaminadas hacia la vida afectiva del entorno familiar. Los resultados les permitirán tomar decisiones a las autoridades del centro de salud de la ciudadela Fátima y así también ayudara a conocer cuál es impacto emocional de las familias con pacientes que presentan capacidades diferentes. En este trabajo se aplicara escalas para valorar tanto la sobrecarga del cuidador tanto principal y secundario, así como se ven afectadas las relaciones intrafamiliares entre los miembros de la familia. La familia asume un papel relevante en la evolución y desarrollo de quienes la componen. Es el primer contexto socializador en donde los miembros que la forman evolucionan y se desarrollan a nivel afectivo, físico, intelectual y social. Un hogar que presenta un pariente con una condición diferente en fase de crianza de algún hijo o hija con un estado de salud diferente, supone una situación que genera diversos sentimientos en los padres y las madres. Ante este tipo de situación es común tener una serie de sentimientos como: culpa, miedo, rechazo, negación y por último la aceptación. La familia asume un papel relevante en la evolución y desarrollo de quienes la componen. Es el primer contexto socializador en donde los miembros que la forman evolucionan y se desarrollan a nivel afectivo, físico, intelectual y social.

    SEVERE DISABILITY AND EMOTIONAL IMPACT IN FAMILIES AT THE FATIMA HEALTH CENTER IN MANABÍ, ECUADOR ABSTRACT This research allowed me to know mainly the emotional impact, both positive and negative, of the caregivers and even other relatives of this type of person. The experience in conducting this research will help identify those attitudes and emotions aimed at the emotional life of the family environment. The results allow them to make decisions to the authorities of the health center of the citadel Fatima and thus also help to know what is the emotional impact of family’s patients who have different capacities. In this work scales will be applied to assess both the overload of the caregiver both primary and secondary, as well as intra family relations between family members are affected. The family assumes a relevant role in the evolution and development of those who compose it. It is the first socializing context in which the members that form it evolve and develop at an affective, physical, intellectual and social level. A household that presents a relative with a different condition in the raising phase of a son or daughter with a different state of health, supposes a situation that generates different feelings in the fathers and mothers. Given this type of situation it is common to have a series of feelings such as: guilt, fear, rejection, denial and finally acceptance. The family assumes a relevant role in the evolution and development of those who compose it. The first context in which the members that form it evolve and develop at an affective, physical, intellectual and social.
