      El siglo XXI comenzó por nuevos impulsos por incorporar los estudios de la creatividad en los procesos de forma educativa, en el funcionamiento de las instituciones, en las interacciones sociales en la naturaleza humanas. Los estudios de creatividad en Cuba son relativamente recientes y casi todos los investigadores tienen un enfoque de partida común: El enfoque histórico cultural lo que se manifiesta en la concepción de la creatividad como algo educable, que es resultado del aprendizaje y de los procesos de formación y desarrollo del sujeto y por tanto todas las personas tienen la posibilidad de ser creativos. La creatividad es la capacidad de crear, de producir cosas nuevas y valiosas, es la capacidad de un cerebro para llegar a conclusiones nuevas y resolver problemas en una forma original. De acuerdo a lo referido se desarrolla una estrategia de superación para el desarrollo de la creatividad en los profesores de estomatología, al respecto el objetivo que se persigue en el presente trabajo es, conocer el nivel de satisfacción que poseen los profesores de Estomatología, con el empleo de la estrategia de superación para el desarrollo de la creatividad. Para tal fin se emplea la escala de Osgood, la cual contribuye a conocer de forma semántica dicho nivel de satisfacción.

    The XXI century began by new impulses for incorporating the studies of the creativities in the processes in an educational way, in the functioning of the institutes, in the social interactions in the human natures. The studies of creativities in Cuba are relatively recent and almost all investigators have a focusing of common departure: The historical cultural focusing which it shows oneself in the conception of the creativities as somewhat educable, that is resulted of the apprenticeship and of the processes of formation and develop of the subject and therefore all peoples have the possibility of being creative. The creativities are the capacitance of creating, to produce things new and valuable, it is the capacitance of a brain to reach to conclusions new and resolve problems in an original form. According to it related a strategy of surmounting for the development is developed of the creativities in the teachers of stomatology, about the matter the objective that persecutes to him at present work is, know the level of satisfaction they possess the teachers of stomatology, with the employment of the strategy of surmounting for the development of the creativities. For such end employs to him the scale of Osgood, the who contributes to understand it forms semantics this level of satisfaction.
