    El empleo del Razonamiento Basado en Casos, involucra toda una metodología con un ciclo de actividades que además de solucionar nuevos problemas nos permita aprender de las buenas soluciones obtenidas por los nuevos problemas, al respecto se utiliza para la gestión organizacional del desarrollo productivo porcino en Pinar del Río, lo que contribuye al Sistema de Alerta Temprana útil para predecir el comportamiento productivo de la especie porcina y pronosticar las enfermedades que con frecuencia se presentan ante la variabilidad climática existente. Por tal motivo el objetivo del presente trabajo es desarrollar un Sistema de Alerta Temprana que utiliza el Razonamiento Basado en Casos para pronosticar la eficiencia reproductiva en las cerdas y el comportamiento de las enfermedades que ocasionan mayores pérdidas productivas en la provincia de Pinar del Río, y en particular en el ganado Porcino. En Cuba la eficiencia reproductiva en el porcino, se estima a través de los parámetros de producción, y el que se usa en mayor medida para esto es, el número de cerdos destetados por hembra por año y su incidencia bajo las condiciones climáticas propias de Cuba. Los Sistemas de Alertas Temprana de Cuba, sitúan en la isla el rol de país asesor de los proyectos regionales, relacionados con el fortalecimiento del Sistema de Alerta Temprana para una reducción eficiente de riesgos, ellos son herramientas técnicas que soportan la reducción de riesgos y la preparación ante desastres, con el objetivo de proteger los medios de vida expuestos a peligros.

    The employment of the reasoning based on cases, involves all a methodology with a cycle of activities that besides solving new problems permit learn us of the good obtained solutions for the new problems, about the matter uses to him for the organizational step of the productive development pig in pine grove of the river, which contributes to the system of alerts early tool to predict the productive conduct of the pigs and hogs-linked species and prognosticate the illnesses that frequently it is presented in the presence of the existent climatic variability. For such motive the objective of the present work is to develop a system of alerts early that uses the reasoning based on cases to prognosticate the reproductive efficiency in the horsehairs and the conduct of the illnesses that occasion bigger productive losses in the province of pine grove of the river, and especially in the pigs. In Cuba the reproductive efficiency in the pig, it has a high opinion of oneself through the parameters of production, and the one which is used in major measured for that is, the number of weaned hogs for female per year and your incidence below the own climatic conditions of tub the systems of alerts early of Cuba, put in the island the role of advising country of the regional projects, related with the fortification of the system of alerting early for an efficient reduction of risks, they are tools technical that support the reduction of risks and the preparation in the presence of disasters, with the objective to protect the media of exposed life to dangers.
