    La enseñanza necesita fortalecer las capacidades, destrezas y habilidades personales para el desempeño de funciones en un contexto donde las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones, TIC, constituyen una oportunidad para avanzar hacia el desarrollo y así trabajar por lograr una mejor preparación de los estudiantes desde edades tempranas. En el desarrollo de teorías y modelos educativos que promueven la creación de entornos y comunidades de aprendizaje que se apoyan en las TIC se han realizado importantes esfuerzos, los cuales han incluido pautas para el diseño, implementación y evaluación de materiales educativos, unidades didácticas, actividades y objetos de aprendizaje principalmente aplicados a la educación mediada por la tecnología. En el caso de los sistemas educativos, el papel de la familia adquiere una gran importancia, por su necesaria participación en el proceso de socialización de los menores, en una sociedad en la que priman las pantallas de cualquier tipo, …, televisión, móvil, computador, que se hayan conectados a una gran red de redes y de la que emerge una nueva necesidad de alfabetización: la tecnológica y la virtual, para la que no se está preparado. De acuerdo con lo referido en el presente trabajo se realiza un diagnóstico del estado actual que presenta el empleo de la tecnología en la enseñanza de los niños de la enseñanza primaria, el que se apoya en un análisis documental que se valida a través de un análisis Bibliométrico

    The teaching needs to fortify the personal capacitances, skills and skills for the acting of functions in a context where the technologies of the information and the communications, TIC, constitute an opportunity to advance towards the development and so work for achieving a better preparation of the students from youths. In the development of theories and model educational that promote the creation of environments and communities of apprenticeship that base one's opinion on the TIC has carried out important efforts, those which have included rules for the design, implementation and evaluation of educational materials, didactic units, activities and apprenticeship of objects principally applied to the half-filled education for the technology. In the case of the educational systems, the paper of the family acquires a great importance, for your necessary participation in the process of socialization of the minors, in a society in which firsts the screens of any type, television, motive, computer, that have connected to a great net of nets and of she who emerges a new need of alphabetization: the technological and the virtual, for she who is not prepared to him. In agreement with it related at present work carries out to him a diagnosis of the state’s current that presents the employment of the technology in the teaching of the children’s of the primary education, the one which bases one's opinion on a documentary analysis that it validates through a Bibliométrico analysis.
