Propuesta de mecanismo de licenciamiento para el Sistema de Auditoría de Datos

    El Sistema de Auditoría de Datos (AUDAT) constituye un software de aplicación para la gestión del proceso de auditorías de la Contraloría General de la República (CGR). Desde el lanzamiento oficial del AUDAT v2.0, última versión estable liberada y utilizada por la CGR, ha resultado de interés por otros de clientes; pero no cuenta con ningún mecanismo para su adecuada comercialización.La presente investigación se enmarca en la descripción de la propuesta de diseño del mecanismo de licenciamiento para el sistema AUDAT, con el objetivo de extender su uso a otros clientes. Para el desarrollo del mecanismo diseñado se propuso mantener la arquitectura base de las versiones del producto de software desarrolladas, sobre la basedel uso de tecnologías libres empleando para el modelado la herramienta Visual Paradigm for UML 8.0, como lenguaje de modelado UML v2.0,para el diseño de prototipos no funcionales Axure v7.0, para el diseño de interfaces la librería SWING de Java, para el diseño de base de datos el sistema gestor de bases de datos SQLite v3.0, lenguaje de programación Java 8 y NetBeans IDE v8.1como entorno de desarrollo integrado. Para guiar el proceso de desarrollo se propone la metodología AUP-UCI.El desarrollo de la presente investigación permitirá que el sistema AUDAT sea comercializable mediante un mecanismo de licenciamiento; a partir de la gestión y otorgamiento de licencias a productos de software definiendo la licencia de tiempo como esquema de licenciamiento y para el cifrado de los datos el algoritmo simétrico AES-256.

    The Data Audit System (AUDAT) constitutes application software for managing the auditing process of the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR). Since the official launch of AUDAT v2.0, the latest stable version released and used by the CGR, it has been of interest to other clients; but it does not have any mechanism for its commercialization. This research is part of the description of the design proposal for the licensing mechanism for the AUDAT system, intending to extend its use to other clients. For the development of the designed mechanism, it was proposed to maintain the base architecture of the versions of the software product developed, based on the use of free technologies using the Visual Paradigm for UML 8.0 tool for modeling, as the UML v2.0 modeling language. For the design of non-functional prototypes Axure v7.0. For the design of interfaces, the SWING Java library. For the database design, the database management system SQLite v3.0, Java 8 programming language, and NetBeans IDE v8.1 as an integrated development environment. The AUP-UCI methodology was proposed to guide the development process. The development of this research will allow the AUDAT system to be marketable through a licensing mechanism from the management and granting of licenses to software products, defining the time license as a licensing scheme and for data encryption the symmetric AES-256 algorithm.
