    La educación en tiempos de pandemia ha sido un reto para estudiantes y docentes, la posibilidad de continuar con el sistema de enseñanza ha proporcionado aspectos positivos, pero también negativos. El presente estudio de la investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar la deserción escolar y la falta de Internet, con el afán de crear medidas innovadoras que motiven al estudiante a continuar con este derecho irrenunciable. La problemática radica en los factores económicos y de conectividad en la Internet, causando una inestabilidad en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los estudiantes de preescolar. La metodología de la investigación aplicada en este estudio fue descriptiva, utilizando un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, el proceso de evidencia, se constató con el registro de estudiantes desertores de diferentes instituciones y se recolecta datos a base de encuestas por medio de Forms, los métodos utilizados fueron deductivo, analítico-sintético, que permitieron conocer los aspectos más importantes y significativos para el desarrollo de la investigación. Como resultado se obtuvo que los estudiantes desertores han sido por problemas económicos y de conectividad, pero dentro de esta problemática recolectados por las encuestas que se les harán a los padres de familia, como conclusión se puede decir que se necesita ayuda de las autoridades para poder cumplir por lo establecido dentro de la investigación y ver como poder recolectar aparatos electrónicos los cuales nos puedan ayudar para dar acceso de Internet a los niños que quieren dejar la escolaridad en estos tiempos PALABRAS CLAVE: deserción escolar; educación virtual sin Internet; pandemia.

    Abandonment of virtual preschool education due to lack of Internet access ABSTRACT Education in times of pandemic has been a challenge for students and teachers, the possibility of continuing with the teaching system has provided positive, but also negative, aspects. The present study of the research aims to study school dropout and the lack of Internet, with the aim of creating innovative measures that motivate the student to continue with this inalienable right. The problem lies in the economic factors and connectivity on the Internet, causing instability in the teaching-learning process in preschool students. The research methodology applied in this study was descriptive, using a qualitative and quantitative approach, the process of evidence, it was verified with the registration of students who dropped out of different institutions and data is collected based on surveys through Forms, the methods used were deductive, analytical-synthetic, which allowed us to know the most important and significant aspects for the development of the research. As a result, it was obtained that the dropout students have been due to economic and connectivity problems, but within this problem collected by the surveys that will be made to the parents, as a conclusion it can be said that help is needed from the authorities to be able to Comply with the provisions of the investigation and see how to collect electronic devices which can help us to give Internet access to children who want to leave school at this time KEYWORDS: school dropout; virtual education without Internet; pandemic.
