    Durante los últimos dos años, como resultado de la situación de salud pública generada porel Covid-19, las condiciones y acciones implementadas por las instituciones de EducaciónSuperior – IES, han generado estrategias de acompañamiento y solidaridad entre sus actores.La cultura solidaria ha sido un elemento a impulsar en los procesos educativos que puedeaportar considerablemente al consolidar la calidad de la educación y aportar a los procesosde las IES. Objetivo. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar los cambios en la Cultura Solidariade las IES producto del Covid-19. Método. Se realizó un estudio desde el paradigmapositivista, con un tipo de estudio relacional en el cual no se manipularon las variables y setomaron del contexto tal y como se dieron, se realizó un calcula de muestra probabilístico representativode la población de los estudiantes de una Universidad de Medellín. Resultados.Se encontraron cambios respectos a los elementos que involucran la cultura solidaria en lasInstituciones al comparar las percepciones de los estudiantes antes y después del COVID-19con algunas disminuciones en los aspectos relacionados con la interrelación entre pares yel docente. Conclusión: Se logra establecer desde el enfoque empírico la aceptación de lahipótesis planteada, identificando las principales áreas a intervenir en la mejora de la culturasolidaria de la IES

    During the last two years, as a result of the public health situation generated by Covid-19,the conditions and actions implemented by Higher Education Institutions - IES, have generatedsupport and solidarity strategies among their actors. The supportive culture has beenan element to promote in the educational processes that can contribute considerably by consolidatingthe quality of education and contributing to the processes of HEIs. Target. Theobjective of this study is to analyze the changes in the Solidarity Culture of HEIs as a resultof Covid-19. Method. A study was carried out from the positivist paradigm, with a type ofrelational study in which the variables were not manipulated and were taken from the contextas they occurred, a representative probabilistic sample calculation was made of the populationof the students of a University of Medellin. Results. Changes were found regarding theelements that involve the culture of solidarity in the Institutions when comparing the perceptionsof the students before and after Covid-19 with some decreases in the aspects related tothe interrelation between peers and the teacher. Conclusion: It is possible to establish fromthe empirical approach the acceptance of the proposed hypothesis, identifying the main areasto intervene in the improvement of the solidarity culture of the HEI.
