Resumen de Influencia del recuento de células somáticas en leche de tanque sobre los parámetros productivos y económicos de las explotaciones de raza Assaf

• The aim of this work was to study the effect of monthly average of somatic cell account of flock (SCAf) its production and economic parameters. Information (milk composition, technical and economic) was recorded monthly at 11 dairy farms Assaf breed from July 2013 to June 2014. The farms were grouped into those with fewer than 1000000 SCAf (n = 4), 1000000-1600000 SCAf (n = 4) and over 1600000 SCAf (n = 3). The milk produced, total incomes by sheep, benefit as disposable income and bacteriology content of milk were higher (p <0.10) in the farms with lower milk SCAf content. No statistically significant differences (p> 0.05) in the other technical and production parameters were found.
