Formação inicial com foco nas altas habilidades/superdotação: práticas inclusivas em ciências biológicas

    The subject of inclusion of students with special educational needs is usually linked to a disability and usually students with High Abilities/Giftedness (AH/SD) are not seen as a Special Education audience. To change this reality, this work socializes a research developed in 2021 that proposed that knowledge on the theme High Abilities/Giftedness (AH/SD) be treated from the initial training of teachers, as it is up to them to make the necessary adjustments to develop the potential of these students. Therefore, this work, the result of a master's research, aims to contribute to the initial training of teachers of the Biological Sciences course with regard to the AH/SD theme, through the intervention of a course. The methodology adopted in the research was qualitative in participant modality. The subjects of the research were fifteen fourth-year undergraduates of the discipline of Supervised Internship in Biological Sciences II, of the Biological teacher-training college Unicentro, Guarapuava, Paraná, Brazil. In the analysis of the results, it was noticed that the course contributed of significantly in initial teacher training, broadening the views of participants on the subject the proposal. In general, the undergraduates were positively surprised by their interest in the topic addressed and the significant advances in relation to the concepts and prior knowledge initially demonstrated

    O tema inclusão de estudantes com necessidades educacionais especiais é normalmente atrelado a alguma deficiência e habitualmente os estudantes com Altas Habilidades/Superdotação (AH/SD) não são vistos como público da Educação Especial. Para mudar essa realidade este trabalho socializa uma pesquisa desenvolvida em 2021 que propôs que os conhecimentos sobre a temática Altas Habilidades/Superdotação (AH/SD sejam tratadas desde a formação inicial de professores, pois cabem aos mesmos as adequações necessárias ao desenvolvimento do potencial desses estudantes. Por conseguinte, este trabalho, resultado de uma pesquisa de mestrado visa contribuir para a formação inicial de professores do curso de Ciências Biológicas no tocante a temática AH/SD, por meio da intervenção de um curso. A metodologia adotada na pesquisa foi qualitativa na modalidade participante. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram quinze graduandos do quarto ano da disciplina de Estágio Supervisionado em Ciências Biológicas II, do curso de Ciências Biológicas-Licenciatura da UNICENTRO, Guarapuava-PR. Na análise dos resultados, percebeu-se que o curso contribuiu de maneira significativa na formação inicial docente, ampliando os olhares dos participantes sobre a temática proposta.  De maneira geral, os licenciandos surpreenderam positivamente quanto ao interesse em relação a temática tratada e aos avanços significativos em relação aos conceitos e conhecimentos prévios demonstrados inicialmente
