El hombre como especie ha evolucionado durante siglos, pasando por muchos cambios. Las innovaciones tecnológicas a partir del siglo XX fueron por el interés de facilitar ciertas actividades humanas, como la comunicación y la información. La ciberciudadanía como disciplina es el aprovechamiento y el uso de las TIC como el internet de manera responsable, ética y segura. Si la ciberciudadanía es la práctica de las conductas ciudadanas con la tecnología en un espacio de seguridad y responsabilidad, ¿en Perú se puede declarar que se ha logrado establecer correctamente la ciberciudadanía?

Man as a species has evolved for centuries, going through many changes. A variety of these were for survival but technological innovations from the twentieth century onwards were in the interest of facilitating certain human activities, such as communication and information. Digital citizenship as a discipline is the responsible, ethical and safe use of ICTs such as the Internet. If digital citizenship is the practice of citizen behaviors with technology in a space of security and responsibility, is it possible to declare that digital citizenship hasbeen correctly established in Peru?
