Resumen de Percepción del profesorado sobre la violencia de género en las universidades

  Este trabajo tiene el objetivo de conocer la percepción del profesorado con respecto a la violencia de género, así como su conocimiento sobre los mecanismos de intervención para pre-venirla y atenderla en instituciones de educación superior (ies) de Tampico, Tamaulipas, con la finalidad de realizar acciones que visibilicen y disminuyan este problema. En la investigación presentada se empleó metodología cualitativa con diseño fenomenológico. Para la selección de informantes se recurrió al muestreo intencional y a la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada para la obtención de datos. Se concluye que el profesorado es un agente de cambio para el bienestar de la comunidad universitaria

  The objective of this work is to know the perception of teachers regarding gender violence and their knowledge about the inter-vention mechanisms to prevent and address it within the High-er Education Institutions (hei) of Tampico, Tamaulipas, in order to present updated data that can be used to carry out actions to make it visible and reduce this problem. Qualitative methodol-ogy with phenomenological design was used in this research. In order to select the informants, we used intentional sampling and the semi-structured interview technique. It can be conclud-ed that the faculty is an agent of change that seek the welfare of the university community.
