    Este trabajo contribuyó un aporte al desarrollo local del territorio a través de la gestión del postgrado en el Centro Universitario Municipal Majibacoa, donde se concibió como un proceso cíclico para hacer efectiva y pertinente la gestión, en él se incluyeron las etapas siguientes: caracterización de las entidades y organismos priorizados del territorio, cuantificación del potencial de profesionales, determinación de necesidades de formación, concepción del plan de postgrado y desarrollo de éste, evaluación del impacto de los programas de postgrado y una retroalimentación continua con las necesidades de formación. La investigación consideró los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico de las necesidades de superación y del impacto de la actividad de postgrado realizadas en el periodo 2018-2020.

    This work contributed a contribution to the local development of the territory through the administration of the graduate degree in the Municipal University Center Majibacoa, where it was conceived as a recurrent process to make effective and pertinent the administration, in the following stages were included: characterization of the entities and prioritized organisms of the territory, quantification of the potential of professionals, determination of formation necessities, conception of the graduate degree plan and development of this, evaluation of the impact of the graduate degree programs and a continuous feedback with the formation necessities. The investigation considered the results obtained in the diagnosis of the superation necessities and of the impact of the graduate degree activity carried out in the period 2018-2020. The impacts demonstrated the satisfactory behavior of the indicators of professionals that you/they are overcome in different graduate degree figures; they were included, masters, courses and workshops.
