El enfoque liberador como fundamento de la formación cultural artística y liberadora en el sistema educativo bolivariano

    En todas las épocas la educación tiene como misión, preparar al hombre para comprender y transformar la realidad circundante en la que vive, para lo cual es necesario dotarlo de amplios conocimientos y habilidades contenidos en la cultura acumulada. Referente a la formación cultural artística, partiremos del estudio de los aportes en torno a la relación existente entre cultura, educación e ideología. Para ello se analizarán los aportes de autores tales como Freire, Bolívar, Rodríguez, Martí, Lenin, Mariátegui, entre otros. El siglo XXI connota un mundo globalizado bajo el signo del neoliberalismo como tendencia hegemónica, por tanto es imperante e inaplazable profundizar en el enfoque liberador de la educación.

    At all the times the education has like mission, to prepare the man to include/understand and to transform the surrounding reality into which lives, for which is necessary to equip it with ample knowledge and abilities contained in the accumulated culture. Referring to the artistic cultural formation, we will leave from the study of the contributions around the existing relation between culture, education and ideology. For it the contributions of authors such as Freire will be analyzed, Bolívar, Rodríguez, Martí, Lenin, Mariátegui, among others. The 21st century conotices a world globalised under the sign of the neoliberalism like hegemonic tendency, therefore he is prevailing and can't be postponed to deepen in the liberating approach of the education.
