    Enterprose Strategy Group realizó un estudio, en 2019, en el que indicaba que el 82%de las organizaciones líderes están de acuerdo o totalmente de acuerdo en que, sin lastecnologías emergentes, no podían transformarse y, en cualquier momento, podríallegar un competidor y afectará en su negocio. Antes de la pandemia, las empresas quevenían avanzando en su proceso de transformación digital tenían ventaja y estaban mejorpreparadas para adaptarse a este cambio. El problema lo tuvieron las organizaciones queno estaban avanzando tan rápidamente y este momento se convirtió en una oportunidadpara repensar estratégicamente el uso de las tecnologías emergentes para este mundodigital disruptivo. El presente estudio tiene la finalidad de identificar qué tecnológicasemergentes han sido utilizadas por las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas durante lapandemia y postpandemia, para enfrentarse a este cambio global y si estas tecnologíasles han permitido seguir siendo competitivos.

    The Enterprise Strategy Group conducted a study in 2019, indicating that 82% of leadingorganizations agree or fully agree that without emerging technology they will not beable to transform and at any moment a competitor will arrive and affect their business.Before the pandemic, companies that had been advancing in their digital transformationprocess have an advantage and are better prepared to readapt to this change. Theproblem lies with organizations that were not advancing so quickly and this momentbecomes an opportunity to strategically rethink the use of emerging technologiesfor this new disruptive digital world. The purpose of this study is to identify whichemerging technologies have been used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, duringthe pandemic and post-pandemic to face this global change and if these technologieshave allowed them to remain competitive.
