    It is notorious that since the advent of the internet, economic and social relations have undergone great changes. In this sense, a new way to commerce has erupted: the e-commerce. Its regulation as well as new tendencies are the object of the present article. The Internet Civil Code, the regulations concerning equity and financial crowdfunding, as well as the existence of regulation regarding cryptocurrency.

    É notório que desde o advento da internet, as relações econômicas e sociais sofreram grandes mudanças. Neste sentido, uma nova forma de comerciar surgiu: O Comércio Eletrônico. Sua regulamentação e suas novas tendências serão objeto do presente estudo, analisando-se o Marco Civil da Internet, regulação sobre equity e fi-nancial crowdfunding, bem como se existe regulação para moedas virtuais no Brasil.
