Estrategias activas desde la complejidad y su efecto en la educación en estudiantes con NEE, en la ciudad de Quito-Ecuador

    La intención del presente artículo consiste en analizar y buscar alternativas para forjar una verdadera inclusión educativa, con todos los estudiantes; en especial aquellos que presentan Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE) asociadas o no a la discapacidad, a través de estrategias socioemocionales activas, fortalecidas desde la complejidad, ya que uno de los aspectos que se han observado en este grupo de estudiantes, es que hay barreras que no permiten desarrollar adecuadamente su aprendizaje en o fuera de las aulas, y esto es resultado de las pocas estrategias que los docentes usan. Además, que expresan la falta de apoyo de las autoridades y la poca preparación en este tema y con esta población. Esta investigación aporta de manera puntual argumentos que la soportan en su aspecto teórico, por lo tanto, se requiere considerar el ámbito de la educación en diferentes contextos y tiempos distinguidos por la complejidad, su metodología es través de encuestas a docentes de diferentes instituciones educativas del norte de la ciudad de Quito, previa autorización de los participantes, para poder publicar los resultados, como por ejemplo docentes que no tienen adecuada información o herramientas para aplicar estrategias socioemocionales activas, lo que permite realizar la propuesta de este artículo, desde la complejidad. Al final de este artículo se extraen algunas conclusiones que permite resaltar lo importante de buscar, crear e innovar estrategias socioemocionales y activas para fortalecer el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, es decir, que sus conocimientos y destrezas puedan trascender de las aulas, a un aprendizaje significativo, que en el futuro sea un adulto autónomo, de aspectos positivos para la sociedad tal como lo define la complejidad y el pensamiento complejo; que ambas están relacionadas para mejorar a la investigación de las ciencias y sensibilizar a la humanidad.

    The intention of this article is to analyze and seek alternatives to forge a true educational inclusion, with all students; especially those who present SEN associated or not with disability, through active socio-emotional strategies, strengthened from complexity, since one of the aspects that have been observed in this group of students is that there are barriers that do not allow them to develop adequately. Their learning in or out of the classroom, and this is the result of the few strategies that teachers use. In addition, they express the lack of support from the authorities and the little preparation on this issue and with this population. This research provides in a timely manner arguments that support it in its theoretical aspect, therefore, it is required to consider the field of education in different contexts and times distinguished by complexity, its methodology is through surveys of teachers from different educational institutions of the north of the city of Quito, prior authorization from the participants, in order to publish the results, such as teachers who do not have adequate information or tools to apply active socio-emotional strategies, which allows the proposal of this article to be carried out, from complexity. At the end of this article some conclusions are drawn that allow highlighting the importance of seeking, creating and innovating socio-emotional and active strategies to strengthen student learning, that is, that their knowledge and skills can transcend the classroom, to meaningful learning. , that in the future he is an autonomous adult, with positive aspects for society as defined by complexity and complex thinking; that both are related to improve science research and sensitize humanity.
