Sobre la autoridad pedagógica en las instituciones educativas: investigando desde distintas perspectivas

    En este trabajo presentamos el proyecto de investigación para el período 2018-2019, el cual continúa un proceso iniciado en el año 2013 sobre el tema de la autoridad pedagógica. En esta oportunidad asume un giro hacia la temática del gobierno de las instituciones educativas y su gestión directiva. Se procura indagar las problemáticas derivadas de la gestación e implementación de experiencias alternativas en escuelas secundarias de Córdoba, en vinculación con el gobierno y la gestión directiva.Fuimos desarrollando una línea de investigación sostenida en una preocupación epistemológica sobre la especificidad del conocimiento pedagógico y sus características. Entendemos que la escuela es objeto de estudio de la Pedagogía y esta disciplina requiere de la construcción de una dimensión específica para su abordaje. Es así, que la investigación inicial se realizó sobre la problemática de los Proyectos Educativos Institucionales (PEI), dando lugar a distintos abordajes sobre otras cuestiones que se fueron desprendiendo de su tratamiento. El proceso de investigación focalizado en la Autoridad Pedagógica fue transitando por la perspectiva de los distintos actores institucionales: los docentes, los estudiantes y, en la última etapa, la dimensión institucional.Este recorrido es el que nos permite ahora iniciar el nuevo proyecto, cuyo objetivo general es “conocer las características del gobierno de las instituciones educativas y el ejercicio de la autoridad pedagógica desde la gestión directiva en instituciones educativas del Nivel Secundario de Córdoba, que generan y/o sostienen experiencias alternativas”. Compartiremos en esta presentación algunas cuestiones del marco teórico, en relación con los resultados obtenidos en los proyectos anteriores, y las principales aristas de las estrategias metodológicas diseñadas que estamos analizando, a saber: observaciones de actividades institucionales; entrevistas a miembros del equipo de gestión y docentes de cada escuela y análisis de documentos.

    In this paper we present the research project for the period 2018-2019, which continues a process begun in 2013 on the subject of pedagogical authority. In this opportunity the subject turns towards the theme of government of educational institutions and his management. It seeks to investigate the problems arising from the creation and implementation of alternative experiences in secondary schools in Córdoba, linked with the study of government and educational management.We developed a line of research supported by an epistemological concern about the specificity of pedagogical knowledge and its characteristics. We understand that the school is the object of study of Pedagogy and this discipline requires the construction of a specific dimension for its approach. Thus, the initial research was centered on the problems linked to Institutional Educational Projects (PEI), giving rise to different approaches on the issues that were detached from their treatment. The research process focused on the Pedagogical Authority, was going through the perspective of the different institutional actors: teachers, students and in the last stage the institutional dimension.This work in progress now allows us to start a new project, whose general objective is "to know the characteristics of the government of educational institutions and the exercise of pedagogical authority from the directive management in educational institutions of the secondary level of Córdoba, which generate and / or maintain alternative experiences." We will share in this presentation some questions of the theoretical framework in relation to the results obtained in the previous projects and the central guidelines that we are analyzing of the methodological strategies designed: observations of institutional activities; interviews with members of the management team and teachers of each school and analysis of documents.
