The sporting field is presented today, and for more than 20 years, as a field where to look from the social sciences. For its part, for psychological discipline it is still an emerging field. It is from the empirical experience developed in a club in the city of Córdoba, and within the framework of the Master's Thesis in Psychosocial Intervention and Research, that the question arises about the configuration of subjectivities in the football field. Through a qualitative ethnographic approach, with the intention of constructing conceptual tools of analysis in the context where this practice is developed, the present paper tries to approach the ways in which these subjectivities are configured by tracing the institutional devices and the trajectories that cross young people in their training. In this sense, the records showed the existence of a story named "the dream of being a professional footballer", which orders the narratives that impose on the subjects to function in accordance with the rules of the game that themarket sanctions. In this way, it is considered that the construction of the idea of "dream" is part of an institutional device that expropriates the operation bonus of the merchandise bodies of young people in order to administer their skills, typical of an extractive capitalist system. Thus, the present work invites us to question ourselves about the responsibility we have as professionals to broaden our view, and direct it to the very complexity of the sports field, in the attempt to build, in a transdisciplinary way (between sociology, anthropology, education sciences, psychology, philosophy, arts), tools that deepen and reflectively contribute to the knowledge of this field of application, as well as, address the processes and challenges that are crossed in the intervention.
