    En la presente investigación indagamos los entramados complejos de los ingresantes con relación a las condiciones y expectativas, que enlazan los procesos intersubjetivos a la hora de elegir en términos vocacionales-ocupacionales. Desde allí la investigación de carácter exploratorio-descriptivo reviste un carácter de corte cualitativo-cuantitativo que ofrecerá fundamentos en términos de prácticas y representaciones de los ingresantes. Entendemos que estas mismas condiciones de elección que adquieren los sujetos, corresponden a consensos socioculturales que promueven modelos identitarios socialmente aceptados, válidos que dan sentido y legitiman en determinados momentos ciertas elecciones. Debido a la diversidad multicausal que pondera la problemática emergente actual en nuestro país, en relación con esta temática, nos posicionamos en el paradigma de la complejidad de Edgar Morin (1996). Es de considerar que plantear este abordaje en términos de dispositivos nos interpela, en un sistema de inclusión y exclusión en donde se transfieren necesidades, intereses y cambios sociales que interfieren en las expectativas de los sujetos. Es desde allí nuestra particular intención de indagar características de los ingresantes, cuya finalidad perfilaría atributos de estos, como opciones ideales; que estructuran un modo de decidir en cada sujeto.

    The present investigation we explore the complex frameworks of the entrants in relation to the conditions and expectations, which link the intersubjective processes at the time chose vocational-occupational terms. From there, the exploratory -descriptive research has a qualitative -quantitative characterthat will offer fundamentals in terms of practices and representations of the entrants. We understand that these same conditions of choice that subjects acquire correspond to socio-cultural consensus that promote socially accepted, valid identity models that give meaning and legitimize certain elections at certain times. Due to the multi-causal diversity that ponders the current emerging problems in our country, in relation to this issue, we position ourselves in the paradigm of Complexity. Which conceives the subject as a subject of desire, subject to culture and language. It is important to consider that raising this approach in terms of devices challenges us, in a System of inclusion and exclusion where needs, interests and social changes are transferredthat interfere in the expectations of the subjects. It is from there our intention particularly to investigate characteristics of the entrants, whose purpose would profile attributes of them, as ideal options; that structure a way of deciding on each subject.
