    This essay aims to investigate, in the territorial context of Lake Trasimeno, how local policies have introduced a growing drive to participation in the management of the territories concerned. It can be reasonably argued that the new Regulations on shared administration and common goods are particularly worthy sources of attention in managing the process of re-reading and reviewing the government policies of the territories. In particular, this will be investigated from a regulatory point of view, by observing how the sources most typically called upon to regulate activities at the local level (Statutes and, even more, Regulations, especially recent ones) have been able to evolve by legalizing new tools and modalities, laying the foundations for equally new - at least compared to the more traditional - models of intervention.

    Il presente saggio si propone di indagare, nel contesto territoriale del lago Trasimeno, come le politiche locali abbiano introiettato una crescente spinta alla partecipazione nella gestione dei territori interessati. Si può fondatamente sostenere che i nuovi Regolamenti sull’amministrazione condivisa e i beni comuni siano fonti particolarmente meritevoli di attenzione nel gestire il processo di ri-lettura e di revisione delle politiche di governo dei territori. In particolare, ciò verrà indagato dal punto di vista normativo, andando ad osservare come le fonti più tipicamente chiamate a regolare le attività a livello locale (Statuti e, ancor più, Regolamenti, soprattutto recenti) siano state in grado di evolversi giuridicizzando nuovi strumenti e modalità, predisponendo le basi per altrettanto nuovi – almeno rispetto ai più tradizionali – modelli di intervento.
