Estrategias metodológicas para aprendizaje significativo de estudios sociales en los estudiantes de egb superior

    El propósito investigativo fue comparar mediante un análisis de las estrategias metodológicas usadas para la enseñanza - aprendizaje de la asignatura de Estudios Sociales en la Unidad Educativa “Elías Cedeño Jerves” de la parroquia San Andrés de Canoa-del cantón San Vicente, específicamente en la Básica Superior , se desarrolló una investigación descriptiva con enfoque mixto (cualitativa –cuantitativa) se analizaron constructos teóricos y procedimentales por medio de la revisión de disímiles textos y webgrafías, también se incluyó un estudio de campo con una población estudiantil de 203 estudiantes en la básica superior y 3 docentes que imparten la asignatura de Estudios Sociales en dichos niveles, la muestra fue probabilística de 135 estudiantes y al total de 3 docentes, se aplicaron 2 modelos de encuestas uno a cada grupo respectivamente. Se identificaron con los resultados en los estudiantes déficit del rendimiento escolar y anhelos por encontrar nuevas formas de enseñanza-aprendizaje, en los docentes la concepción de estrategias descontextualizadas sin injerencia tecnológica. Ante estos resultados, se busca solucionar ese limitante y se crea un Software Adobe Captive 8 que facilite el manejo de contenidos y actividades, brindando con esta herramienta las facilidades a la labor docente en el desarrollo de la asignatura, así suplir necesidades del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje direccionando nuevas estrategias metodológicas con el uso de las TIC en los entornos virtuales de enseñanza. Es importante que los docentes desarrollen habilidades tecnológicas y transfieran a los estudiantes contenidos interactivos combinados con los expositivos para crear condiciones holísticas propias de la praxis educativa del siglo XXI.

    The investigative purpose was to compare by an analysis of the methodological strategies used for the teaching - learning of the Social Studies subject in the "Elías Cedeño Jerves" Educational Unit of the San Andrés de Canoa parish-San Vicente canton, specifically in the Higher Basic , through mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) theoretical and procedural constructs were analyzed through the review of dissimilar texts and webgraphs, through the field study a student population of 203 students in the upper basic and 3 teachers was identified who teach the subject of social studies at these levels, the sample was probabilistic of 135 students and a total of 3 teachers, 2 survey models were applied, one to each group respectively. They identified with the results in the student’s deficit of school performance and desire to find new forms of teaching-learning, in teachers the conception of decontextualized strategies without technological interference. Given these results, we seek to solve this limitation and Adobe Captive 8 Software is created to facilitate the management of content and activities, providing with this tool the facilities for the teaching work in the development of the subject, thus supplying the needs of the teaching-teaching process. learning directing new methodological strategies with the use of ICT in virtual teaching environments. It is important that teachers develop technological skills and transfer interactive content to students combined with expository content to create holistic conditions typical of 21st century educational praxis.
