El presente estudio consiste en una investigación cualitativa desarrollada en el Gref(Grupo de Estudio de Educación Estadística en Educación Primaria) que tiene como objetivo analizar la comprensión de conceptos estadísticos, en la perspectiva de la Alfabetización Estadística, movilizada por estudiantes de 3 ° y 5 ° año de Educación Primaria. (9 y 11 años) al interpretar y concluir sobre datos en infografías estadísticas. Para ello, se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas mediante el método clínico piagetiano, con cuatro alumnos de 3º y 5º de primaria. Las preguntas de la entrevista involucraron la interpretación y elaboración de conclusiones sobre la información presentada en una infografía estadística.Los resultados no mostraron diferencias entre cursos escolares, ya que indican que tanto el 3º como el 5º año interpretan y sintetizan conclusiones sobre la información estadística en la infografía, siempre y cuando sean inducidos a reflexionar sobre los datos yhacer las relaciones necesarias. Además, estos estudiantes demuestran, en diferentes momentos de su interpretación, movilizar diferentes conocimientos y habilidades involucradas en los elementos cognitivos y disposicionales delLetramentoEstadística defendidos por Gal.

The present study consists of qualitative research developed at Gref(Study Group on Statistics Education in Elementary School) which aims to analyze the understanding of statistical concepts, in the perspective of Statistical Literacy, mobilized by students from the 3rd and 5th year of the Elementary School(9 and 11 years old) in the interpretation and conclusion about statistical data and infographics.To this end, semi-structured interviews were carried out using the Piagetian clinical method, with four students from the 3rd and 5th grades of elementary school. The interview questions involved the interpretation and elaboration of conclusions about information presented in a statistical infographic. The results did not show differences between school years, as they indicate that both the 3rd and the 5th year interpret and synthesize conclusions about the statistical informationin the infographic, as long as they are led to reflect on the data and make the necessary relationships. Furthermore, these students demonstrate, at different times during their interpretation, to mobilize different knowledge and skills involved in the cognitive and dispositional elements of Statistical Literacy defended by Gal.

O presente estudo consiste em pesquisa qualitativa desenvolvida no Gref(Grupo de Estudo em Educação de Estatística no Ensino Fundamental)a qual tem como objetivoanalisar a compreensão de conceitos estatísticos, na perspectiva do Letramento Estatístico,mobilizados por estudantes do 3º e do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental(9 e 11 anos de idade) ao interpretar e concluir sobre dados em infográficos estatísticos.Para tal, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas através do método clínico piagetiano, com quatro estudantes do 3º e do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental. As questões da entrevista envolveram a interpretação e elaboração de conclusões sobre informações apresentadas em um infográfico estatístico. Os resultados não demonstraram diferenças entre os anos escolares, pois, indicam que tanto alunos do 3º quanto do 5º ano interpretam e sintetizam conclusões sobre as informações estatísticas do infográfico, desdeque sejam levados a refletir sobre os dados e a fazer relações necessárias. Além disso, esses estudantes demonstram, em distintos momentos durante a sua interpretação, mobilizar diferentes conhecimentos e habilidades envolvidas nos elementos cognitivos e disposicionais do Letramento Estatístico defendido por Gal.
