Producción científica universitaria como activo intangible y aporte social

    La producción de investigaciones científicas a través de las universidades son una fuente de activos intangibles y permiten generar un aporte social que incide en el desarrollo de las sociedades. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la relación de las variables de producción científica y su incidencia en los activos intangibles y el aporte social que las universidades ofrecen a la sociedad hondureña, para lo cual se utilizó un estudio de tipo relacional y una muestra de 178 elementos, aplicando un instrumento validado por un jurado experto y contrastar la hipótesis pre experimental, aplicando las pruebas estadísticas Spearmanꞌs Rho y Chi- cuadrado para determinar la influencia entre la variables anteriores para un valor de p<0,05. Por lo que la producción de investigaciones científicas tiene relación con la consolidación de los activos intangibles universitarios y el aporte social a la comunidad hondureña. Como conclusión, las Universidades deben implementar programas para registrar investigaciones como activos intangibles como oportunidad para aprovechar valoraciones financieras en sus registros contables. Se hace evidente una inclinación alta por los trabajos con metodología mixta, lo que sugiere la posibilidad de medir la eficacia de los resultados de aporte social. Se demostró en la investigación la relación de las variables producción científica con activos intangibles y aporte social por la naturaleza de las investigaciones en la generación de valor, competitividad y conocimiento, este último categorizado como activos de orden relacional, estructural y humano. En el caso de aporte social la relación estrecha entre producción científica se da alineada a solventar un problema contextual y sus temáticas se alinean al entorno para responder a las necesidades sociales propiciando mejoras en calidad de vida, bienestar social y ambiental.

    The production of scientific research through universities is a source of intangible assets and allows generating a social contribution that affects the development of societies. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the variables of scientific production and their incidence on intangible assets and the social contribution that universities offer to Honduran society, for which a type study and a relational sample of 178 were obtained. elements, applying an instrument validated by an expert jury and contrasting the pre-experimental hypotheses, applying the Spearman’s Rho and Chi-square statistical tests to determine the influence between the previous variables for a value of p<0.05. Therefore, the production of scientific research is related to the consolidation of university intangible assets and the social contribution to the Honduran community. In conclusion, universities should implement programs to record research as intangible assets as an opportunity to take advantage of financial valuations in their accounting records. A high inclination for works with mixed methodology is evident, which suggests the possibility of measuring the effectiveness of the results of social contribution. The relationship of the variables scientific production with intangible assets and social contribution was demonstrated in the research due to the nature of the research in the generation of value, competitiveness and knowledge, the latter categorized as relational, structural and human assets. In the case of social contribution, the relationship between scientific production is aligned to solve a contextual problem and its topics are aligned to the environment to respond to social needs, promoting improvements in quality of life and social and environmental welfare.
