    This article aims to reflect on the legal situation of the voice that is reproduced through Artificial Intelligence (AI). The method used is the hypothetical-deductive, so the tested hypothesis is whether the development of technology in its various aspects, imposes a new look at the personality that is projected in the virtual environment. The methodology consisted of a bibliographic review of legal works, scientific articles, legislation, in addition to consultations in media news due to the mutability imposed by technological development. To contextualize the hypothesis, the study brought to analysis the case that involved the creation of the voice of the South Korean singer, Kim Kwang-Seok, who died in 1996. The conclusion of the research shows that there was an unfolding of the artist's personality for the formation of a another personality, that is, the virtual one. In this sense, the results obtained indicate that the theme is not limited to the evidence evidenced in the final considerations, since the new personality created is helpless and vulnerable, especially when the person who belongs to it is deceased. The real risks, which at first sight are directed at the rights of the Personality, can expand and cause instability to democracy, which also justifies the article.

    O presente artigo objetiva refletir sobre a situação jurídica da voz que é reproduzida por intermédio da Inteligência Artificial (IA). O método utilizado é o hipotético-dedutivo, logo, a hipótese testada é se o desenvolvimento da tecnologia em seus diversos aspectos, impõe um novo olhar para a personalidade que se projeta no ambiente virtual. A metodologia consistiu na revisão bibliográfica em obras jurídicas, artigos científicos, legislação, além de consultas em notícias da mídia em razão da mutabilidade imposta pelo desenvolvimento tecnológico. Para contextualizar a hipótese, o estudo trouxe para análise o caso que envolveu a criação da voz do cantor sul coreano, Kim Kwang-Seok, falecido em 1996. A conclusão da pesquisa mostra que houve o desdobramento da personalidade do artista para a formação de uma outra personalidade, qual seja, a virtual. Nesse sentido, os resultados obtidos indicam que o tema não se esgota na constatação evidenciada nas considerações finais, uma vez que a nova personalidade criada se encontra desamparada e vulnerável, principalmente quando a pessoa que a ela pertence é falecida. Os riscos reais, que à primeira vista são dirigidos aos direitos da personalidade, podem se expandir e causar instabilidades à democracia, o que também justifica o artigo.
