Metodologías implementadas por los docentes de Español, durante la pandemia producida por la COVID-19.

    La presente investigación indagó sobre las estrategias metodológicas empleadas por los docentes del departamento de Letras de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán, ocasionada por la pandemia de la Covid-19, que el profesorado en la enseñanza del español, necesitaron emplear para retomar el proceso educativo interrumpido por las medidas sanitarias decretadas a nivel nacional e internacional para mantener el distanciamiento físico, pero que dada, la duración de esta pandemia, se buscó medidas alternas denominadas, la cual fue denominada, Educación remota de emergencia. Los objetivos fueron la identificación de las estrategias empleadas por los docentes, describirlas cómo las utilizaron y registrar las lecciones aprendidas de esta implementación. Los datos revelaron que las principales estrategias empleadas por los docentes de esta carrera son: los foros de discusión y los chats (91.3%), así como, la presentación y creación de videos (91.3%) y en menor proporción, la elaboración de infografías (82.6%) la grabación de podcast (17.4%) el análisis de videos (78.3%) los portafolios digitales (65.2%) los juegos interactivos (47.8) y la gamificación (21.7%). La estrategia seleccionada con más alta frecuencia y que brindó mejores resultados para desarrollar los espacios curriculares fue la videollamada, mediante las plataformas de Zoom o Google Meet. De acuerdo con los docentes encuestados con este instrumento, los estudiantes manejan instrumentalmente las herramientas y recursos tecnológicos, pero necesitan desarrollar mucho más, las habilidades blandas como el compromiso, responsabilidad y ética profesional para realizar sus tareas y trabajos.
