    El artículo constituye resultado de investigación y responde al proyecto científico de la Universidad de Las Tunas: orientación y asesoría psicopedagógica en contextos educativos, laborales, sociales y clínicos para el desarrollo socioeducativo cubano. En este sentido, se ofrece una contribución práctica para la formación inicial del estudiante de la carrera Pedagogía-Psicología a fin de resolver manifestaciones de insuficiencias con respecto al crecimiento personal. De ahí que, el objetivo se direccionó a la elaboración de un programa de intervención sociopsicoeducativo para el crecimiento personal del estudiante de la carrera Pedagogía-Psicología en formación inicial. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico: análisis-síntesis, inducción-deducción, modelación y sistémico estructural funcional; y del nivel empírico: consulta a especialistas. La elaboración del programa de intervención sociopsicoeducativo en el proceso de formación inicial del estudiante de la carrera Pedagogía-Psicología, se diseñó con el fin de desarrollar los recursos teóricos-metodológicos, psicológicos y socioprofesionales, a partir del protagonismo del estudiante, la relación de ayuda y la facilitación del aprendizaje formativo.

    The article is the result of research and responds to the scientific project of the University of Las Tunas: psycho-pedagogical guidance and counselling in educational, labor, social and clinical contexts for Cuban socio-educational development. In this sense, it offers a practical contribution for the initial training of the student of the Pedagogy-Psychology career in order to solve manifestations of insufficiencies regarding personal growth. Hence, the objective was directed to the elaboration of a socio-psycho-educational intervention program for the personal growth of the student of the Pedagogy-Psychology career in initial training. Theoretical level methods were used: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, modelling and structural-functional systemic; and empirical level: consultation with specialists. The elaboration of the socio-psycho-educational intervention program in the initial training process of the student of the Pedagogy-Psychology career was designed with the purpose of developing theoretical-methodological, psychological and socio-professional resources, based on the student's protagonist, the helping relationship and the facilitation of formative learning.
